Each role is, for us, essential and today we are looking for the missing link in our production chain: Talent Acquisition Advisor.
Your missions?
The incumbent reports to the Director of Human Resources, Communication and Health & Safety. The main challenge of this position is to add to the company, the best resources in order to meet the objectives of each of the services.
But still?
Take charge of all recruitment for professional positions, administrative and plant ;- Understand business and recruitment needs ;
- Participate in the development of search and recruitment strategies to create a candidate pool and meet talent acquisition needs ;
- Benchmarking key positions ;
- Write and post open positions using the best strategies attraction ;
- Participate in the full recruitment cycle by developing candidate search strategies, conducting a preliminary screening of candidates by telephone, making recommendations to Hiring Managers about better profiles identified, checking the references provided and/or negotiating the terms of job offers .

Who are we looking for?
In addition to being bright, friendly and passionate, our Talent Acquisition Advisor will:
- Academic background: University degree or equivalency.
- Experience: 2 years of solid experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor in the manufacturing/food field (asset). Advanced written and spoken French, functional written and spoken English
- Know MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
