As a Travel Administrator you will do things like help with ticketing and invoice on travel files. You could also contact suppliers. This exciting role gives you the opportunity to explore the travel industry.

- Placing outbound calls to Travel Suppliers for Travel Agents
- Provide Travel Clients with necessary travel requirements based on current Covid and travel protocols
- Invoicing travel files for Travel Agents
- Attaching and verifying supplier invoices to Travel files
- Support with Travel Agents with Accounting adjustments. (eg. Verify Travel invoice with Clientlinq files)
- Providing payment to Travel Suppler based on Travel Agent requirements
