NOTE – This is a remote, full-time permanent, work-from-home position and is open to all applicants from across Atlantic Canada Once hired we will provide you with everything you need to do your job .
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and processing applications
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails/texts from customers, usually discussing how our program works and answering any questions about their application process/customer's current application
- Making outbound calls to follow up on applications
- Confirming details on a customer's applications
- Calling customers with expired applications to update their application
- Collecting and entering missing data into application forms
- Identifying customer needs and educating the customer on the type of vehicle best suited for them
- Booking the customers in for a test drive and further consultation with our dealer partners
- Collecting all relevant documents to expedite the pre-approval process
- Compiling information collected from customer and providing it to our dealer partners in preparation for the appointment
- Qualifying customers for pre-approval by verifying employment status and credit status
- Dealing with customer issues and complaints
- Communicating with upper management; and
What You Should Already Have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and/or French)
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for problem-solving (Maybe a secret lover of puzzles and maps)
- You are a strong listener and customer-focused and can strike up a conversation with all kinds of people
- Ability to work independently but love collaborating within a team
- Comfortable with multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail
- Able to build quick rapport with people
- A positive person with a good sense of humour
- Enjoys thinking on their feet and has the ability to excel under pressure
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment or customer-facing role
- Knowledge about cars is an asset, but not required
