Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our organization. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding all customer satisfaction levels while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with both customers and coworkers.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide product consultation for Hydraulic and Pneumatic applications, Must have experience in these areas
- Answer customer questions about the company, products, and services we provide.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, core team members, and support staff.
- Work as an active team member with customer service reps, sales reps, and office managers to ensure that all customers experience a consistent level of professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum requirements: HS diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Industrial supply is a must have
- Experience with Epicor P21 ERP Software is a big plus
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:00 pm (in-person)
