Working conditions
- Annual Salary range $45000-$55000 depending on your experience
- Permanent full-time position
- 3 weeks of annual vacation and 2 days of additional paid vacation between Christmas and New Year's Day
- 3 paid personal days per year
- Group insurance program paid at 50% by the employer

Position Summary:
1. Assists with all facets of order processing operations.
2. Assisting the sales team with various requests throughout the day such as entering customer orders, providing customer order confirmations, updating quotations, inquiries into order status, validation of inventory levels and billing preparation.
3. Ensures that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner following procedures and policies. Maintaining excellent business relations with all external and internal customers.
4. In collaboration with the team, this position participates in the management of operations with a view to continuous improvement.
5. Actively participates in the organization's efforts to provide a superior customer experience, in accordance with the company's mission and its values.
6. The Customer Representative is responsible for supporting customers and processing orders from A to Z.
7. In doing so, this position performs the required follow-ups with customers and the rest of the team to ensure that all requests such as sending quotes, shipping instructions and delivery status are as commited.
8. Works closely with all departments of the company to ensure the fluidity of the process (production planning, reception/shipping, credit, purchases, etc.).
9. Other related duties as agreed and assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- College diploma (DEC) or certificate of studies in a relevant field
- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Suite applications
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (knowledge of the cardboard packaging industry is an asset)
- Proficient in French, both oral and written is an asset.
