Job Description
This is a part-time opportunity starting at a minimum of 20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours on a business needs basis.
We are looking to hire an individual who is up for a challenge, is organized, and enjoys speaking to and helping customers in regard to their customer care needs.
The Job Tasks are:
- Direct customer care with order purchasers.
- Placing orders for supplies.
- Billing and Invoicing.
- Basic office filing.
- Shipping and receiving, management of purchases and orders.
- Managing employee payroll.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
