RCI is based in Saskatoon and is looking for additional team member(s) who would be interested in a Customer Success Specialist position to help grow our winning team and shape our company. Position Overview:
In this role, you will:
- Learn the software and hardware systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with our new and existing clients.
- Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
- Onboard new clients by providing education and familiarizing them with our solution to support adoption into their everyday workflow.
- Maintain exemplary service and touchpoints with existing customers.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Process and audit orders, forms, applications, or requests.
- Dashboard and CRM management, tracking of Feedback and KPIs for quality improvement initiatives to ensure Customer Journey success and lasting business relationships.
- Iterate internal processes to improve quality and service standards.
- Greet and meet with customers over the phone and virtually.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with computers and computer programs and willingness to learn new ones.
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Attention to detail to be able to provide a written communication to customers that is free of spelling or grammatical errors.
- Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
Position Criteria:
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision or as part of a team and taking direction.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Understanding of the importance of regulatory obligations and health standards
- Loves to work hard, but has fun while doing so.
