The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Responsible for telephone, mail and email inquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Maintain office supplies and office equipment
- Develop, maintain and update office filling system
- Maintain, update and file customer information
- Prepare and make bank deposits
- Prepare and run POS payments
- Scan and email daily paperwork
- Take customer payments, cheques, credit cards and cash
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Ability to work as a team and as an individual
- Self starter with an eagerness to learn
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Must be able to multi-task in as fast pace environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service (1 year experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
