Job Description
Duties:
- Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Organize and file documents, both physical and electronic
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of data
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital format
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets
- Assist with order entry and processing as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is a plus
