Position: Class 3 Propane Delivery Driver
Permanent Fulltime. $32.00/hour to start (negotiable according to experience)
Monday to Friday. Some O/T and weekends
New West Group – the fastest growing rental and fuel sales business in Southern Alberta – is seeking a Class 3 Driver for Calgary and surrounding area.
Collaborating regularly with the Delivery Coordinator, the Propane Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of product to our customers. The Driver will deliver, load and unload propane into the bulk truck and end use containers while providing exceptional customer service. The Driver will also be accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of propane and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.

New West Equipment has been serving Calgary and Southern Alberta since 1994. We offer innovative custom solutions to clients involved in commercial, industrial, and residential construction, specifically designed to make their job easier. We work with electrical, plumbing, concrete, mechanical/HVAC, and general contractors in a variety of industries.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s license & clean drivers abstract
- TDG certification (we will provide recertification as required)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities we are seeking:
- Minimum 3 experience driving, loading, and unloading tools or equipment. Fuel/propane delivery experience preferred.
- Mechanical skills to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Customer service focused attitude.
- Detail orientation to properly maintain records.
- Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
