Digital Marketing Specialist
Our Real Estate Brokerage and Media House is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be an independent professional with strong organizational and analytical skills, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- In-depth Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads Manager: Demonstrated experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and ideas.
- Result-Oriented: Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns, achieving measurable results, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Must be located in the Brampton, ON area.
Job Duties:
- Create marketing campaigns for various categories such as B2B sales, B2C sales, events and more.
- Develop content strategy for various online channels (blogging, social media channels) that drive traffic to new customers and increase brand awareness.
- Develop ad copy that drives traffic to new customers through various online channels.
- Manage SEO campaign on various online platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Ads) that drive traffic to new customers from online channels.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising.
Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing assets, including website pages, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and ad copies.
Website Optimization: Optimize client websites for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility, user experience, and lead generation.
Demand Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads and drive conversions, leveraging techniques such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Continuously optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
Marketing Technology Management: Proficiently utilize marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing, and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to drive results.
