ABOUT THE COMPANY
Reshift Media is a high-energy digital agency that incorporates leading design, engaging content, best-in-class technology and a unique perspective into everything we do. We work with more than 200 brands in 20 countries on a wide variety of search, social and development projects.
We are looking for an energetic, digitally savvy individual to work with our clients to coordinate their social media and search campaigns. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team that includes social media, search, design and development professionals to assist our clients in achieving their digital marketing objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact with our clients and communicate with our internal teams. The new team member will enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, is a self-starter, and is a highly skilled communicator who is passionate about digital marketing and client service.
We are a remote workplace, meaning the successful candidate will work from the comfort of their home on an ongoing basis. The ideal person is motivated by results, is self-directed and is committed to continuous improvement. We have regular virtual and in-person team events to build a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork and fun.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Client Support Representative, you will work directly with Reshift clients around the world to:
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Act as a liaison between the client and the Reshift search and social teams
- Confirm client advertising budget details
- Establish dates and deliverables
- Capture relevant business info and client materials
- Communicate client information to internal teams
- Review creative and other materials with the client for approval
- Coordinate client meetings
- Client training
Coordinate with clients on an ongoing basis
- Field questions from clients & build a rapport
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client questions/feedback and prepare for monthly meetings
- Meet with clients on a monthly basis to review results and communicate information provided by search and social teams
- Discuss opportunities for campaign improvement with clients and internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of digital marketing – particularly Meta, LinkedIn, Google search and display
- Outgoing, approachable, and skilled at building and maintaining relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple activities
- Collaborative mindset and able to coordinate solutions across various teams
- Preference for candidates with at least one year of customer/client support experience
