Looking for a Director of Operations to work alongside the Founder to be the “integrator” (per EOS) and jointly execute on the vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO (“Visionary” in EOS speak) to set the company vision and steer the organization to achieve this
- Maintain the cadence and execution discipline for the organization - stewardt the OkR goal setting framework & implementation of EOS with weekly meetings
- Manage the team to ensure we are tracking to achieve our goals
- Support the execution of the sales and marketing strategy
- Manage content marketing team
- Manage the paid traffic team
- Manage the cold outreach machine
- Manage the conference execution strategy
- Manage key relationships with content marketing agencies
- Support the execution of product
- Provide feedback to the product team from conversations with key clients and support
- Financial Controls Oversight
- Review transactions, monitor expenses and keep an accurate understanding of the companies finances supported by the finance team
- Execute the communication strategy
- Ensure the communication to clients through the entire lifecyle of their journey is well managed (emails and other channels to clients are well managed).
Requirements
- Experienced with the EOS system
- Content Marketing Expertise
- Content Marketing Agency Management
- Management Experience Including PnL Ownership
