Director of Sales and Marketing
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using Hilton PMS and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
