The Life of a Host/Hostess):
· Act as the first impression of Terrace Restaurant
· Welcome guests to the restaurant, seat parties, and answer guest inquiries
· Maintain and organize guest reservations using Open Table System
· Ensure clear communication between Host Team and rest of Terrace Service and Kitchen teams
· Manage dining reservations and graciously fulfill guest requests in a professional and timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a fast-paced, restaurant environment
- 2 years of hospitality-related customer service
- Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
- Current Serving It Right Certification
· You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
· You put trust in others and never let anyone down
· You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
· You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
