Human Resources Consultant / Associate

The ideal person will be:
- A growing HR professional, with some working experience, who is eager to learn and develop.
- Exceptional with computer skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experienced at working with organizations in the broader public and not-for-profit sectors.
- Highly organized and a self-starter who is able to work independently while also being an active team member.
This position is a full-time Human Resources Consultant / Associate. In this role you will:
- Assist Senor Associates with client work such as:
- Develop job descriptions.
- Develop and review Human Resources and Health and Safety policies.
- Develop compensation market surveys and complete data analysis in Excel.
- Assist with the recruitment process.
- Participate on a project team in areas such as compensation reviews, organizational reviews, policy development, performance management development, etc.
- Conduct research on HR leading practices.
- Assist with business development and proposal writing.
- Provide administrative assistance and other support to Senior Associates.
