We are the new 5th member of Canada's Munitions Supply Program, and we have a growing range of products and services and customers from around the world. HFI is on the ascent, and we are looking for an intermediate Mechanical Engineer to help us expand and modernize our production systems.
Job description
HFI Pyrotechnics is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s HR operations, including employee relations, compensation and benefits management, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a broad HR background and experience in human resources, recruitment and hiring management, employee relations, training and development, employee acquisition and retention, and employee relations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in human resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of recruitment and hiring management.
- Experience with human resources best practices.
- Experience with UltiPro HR software a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel pivot tables.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments according to deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
