Job Description
Responsibility:
1. Management of all HR functions in North America (actual focus on the US & Canada).
2. HR business partner for regional management team and share holders in all HR related topics.
3. Development and implementation of HR strategy and target according to business requirements.
4. Definition, adaption and implementation of company policies, regulations and processes in NA.
5. Collaboration with department leaders, support and consulation in department HR strategy and management.
6. Collaboration with International HR HQ in regular report, international HR projects & programs.
7. Management of required resouces for targets achievement
Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in different HR functions (planning, recruiting, rewarding, personal and organization development, HR IT system).
2. 3+ years of working experiences in leading HR function.
3. Customer and solution orientation, analytical and structured thinking
4. International communication and collaboration skills.
5. General legal literacy and awareness, e.g. labor law in NA
6. Familiar with HR digitalization.
