Mission
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization. You will be a pillar of the candidate experience and contribute to bringing the CIMA+ brand to life on a daily basis. You will work closely with our talent acquisition partners. Your role will be to attract, identify, select and recommend the best talents. You will also be required to develop your knowledge of markets and trends to support action plans.
Primary Responsibilities
- Use sourcing strategies focused on building various lists of candidates, while arousing their interest in career opportunities at CIMA+ (research and build a structured bank of candidates).
- Promote CIMA+’s brand image and develop its power of attraction.
- Understand the business needs of assigned sectors and regions.
- Master the market intelligence of assigned sectors and departments, analyze and make recommendations on talent competitiveness.
- Keep abreast of the latest market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, to offer high-level expertise.
- Participate in various recruitment events.
- Participate in the development of strategies to attract top talents.
- Understand recruitment needs (medium to long term).
- Analyze applications, contact successful candidates and initiate conversations with them.
- Conduct preselection interviews across Canada.
- Write recommendations based on skills and facts.
- Participate in the coordination of the interview process.
- Follow-up with candidates to ensure an excellent experience.
- Use mass communication methods.
- Provide support to Business Partner throughout the talent acquisition process.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related discipline
- Experience in talent acquisition, including one year in mass recruitment
- This position requires bilingualism (English and French) as you will be collaborating with candidates, customers and colleagues nationwide
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to use computer systems and technologies
