Lakeland Direct Farm & Ranch. Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Stonewall, MB.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and e-mails
- Maintain CRM database to track sales and referrers
- Identify customer needs and suggest products that meet or exceed their needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with potential clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods tools
- Meet personal/professional sales targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within timely manner
- Keep records of all client interactions, process customer requests and file documents as required
Experience/Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Sales experience (preferred )
- Must have good communication skills, be able to make cold calls, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
