Job Description In your role as Marketing Analyst at the The North West Company (NWC), you will analyze marketing related data including transactional and promotional data; digital data and insights, and analyze results, provide insights, and recommendations to Marketing leadership and Business Stakeholders. Check out northwest.ca for more informationYour Role:Monitor approved Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Through analysis, identify trends as well as suggest steps to improve marketing results when warranted, at a category, BU, or program/promotion level;Provide analysis and insight on marketing program performance such as but not limited to flyers, promotions, and in-store events;Contribute to customer intelligence at the market, banner or category level;Ensure objectives, specific goals, measures, and metrics are established for each program, inclusive of financial forecasting for promotions. Provide follow-up to assess overall performance, and achievement of expected results;Provide input to reporting tools leveraged across the business, ensuring all reporting capabilities meet the needs of the Marketing and Business stakeholders;Seek and evaluate improvements to Business Intelligence tools while analyzing information, ensuring marketing data is accurately captured in the planning phase and data outputs meets the needs of the team.
