Role Overview:
The candidate should possess the personal qualities of leadership, drive, and a relentless desire to build and grow a business. The candidate will be financially rewarded with unlimited income as they lead Jack of Sports to expand their business on a national scale. The leader of this role requires a strong background in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Analytics, Email Marketing (Mailchimp), Social Media, and Graphic Design.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and develop comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass Swim Lessons, Camps, Learn to Bike, 3V3 Soccer, and Lifesaving Courses
- Expand brand awareness: Confidence, Resilience Teamwork
- Strategize and implement a growth business model to expand Jack of Sports throughout Canada
- Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Analyze data and metrics: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Drive email marketing campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Develop marketing collateral (Graphic Design): Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
- Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance with regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and other relevant marketing tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of data analytics and the ability to interpret and apply insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment & thrive on constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for sports and recreational activities is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
