Stratica Dermatology is a specialized dermatology practice that prioritizes excellent patient care. Our facility promotes overall wellness through dermatological services provided by experienced Dermatologist and General Practitioners with a specialization in skin. Stratica Dermatology was founded in 2005 and provides cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology treatments to all age groups.
PURPOSE
This job description aims to set the parameters of the Marketing Coordinator role so Stratica Dermatology can add a valued new team member to our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Post a minimum of 5-7 days a week with accompanied stories.
- Create concise captions on all posts with no spelling mistakes.
- Ensure timeline coincides with company branding and presents a cohesive vision.
- Work with management to ensure all in-clinic marketing material stays on brand with online presence.
- Select sponsored social media posts and google ads.
- Request blog post content from doctors to be posted on website and social.
- Develop relevant content topics for the clinic’s target customers.
- Institute trends to ensure maximum client engagements and sales.
- Create, curate, and publish monthly marketing mail out.
- Be an advocate for the company on in the community and on social.
- Responding to inquiries immediately through social media channels to ensure optimum conversion.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct successful promotions to drive new business into the clinic.
- Coordinate with contract photographer and videographer to create high quality marketing content.
- Lead quarterly cosmetic event initiatives with help of management and Stratica team.
- Partner with local influencers to increase followers and brand recognition.
- Make sure design (i.e: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages) are up to date.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review within company guidelines.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Create marketing goals and pillars that align with company values.
- Preplan content a minimum of a month I advanced with same day story content.
- Be available to shoot in-room medial and cosmetic content when opportunity presents itself.
- Comfortable being on camera and facilitating video creation when needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI) as directed in a monthly presentation.
- Work closely with other members of the marketing team and clinic
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to management.
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role. (preferred)
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related programs. (preferred)
- Experienced user of Adobe programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experienced user of Canva and social media scheduling platform
- Understanding of Social Media platforms (Example: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and up-to-date on latest trends
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
- Strong interest in the skincare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
