Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator/Dispatcher to join our small family owned and operated business. Shift hours negotiable (Ex: 7:30-3:30 or 8:00-4:00)
Tasks:
Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling customer jobs
Help set up job site meetings between the estimator and customers
Replying to emails
Typing out quotes and sending them to customers
Helping organize staff functions
Pricing timecards
Assisting the bookkeeper by preparing timecards and invoices
Dispatching the Operators/Drivers
Renew insurance for the fleet vehicles
Apply for street permits when required
Schedule Flaggers when required
Ordering office supplies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
