Bows Coffee Roasters is looking for a bookkeeper for its growing specialty coffee business in Victoria B.C.

SUMMARY
This position requires someone who is self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented. This job requires the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Bookkeeping experience is essential, experience with Quickbooks online is an asset. We offer a relaxed work environment, flexible work hours, health benefits (after 6mo) and great coffee. This position will be 30-37.5 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Ability to reconcile multiple accounts
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and Synder or similar connector is also an asset.
- Competent and comfortable with computers; knowledge of Excel, Word, emails, working online (Shopify, Square, etc)
- Working efficiently with minimal guidance
- Data entry (receipts)
- Tax remittances
- Accounts Receivable / Account payable
- Invoicing
- Payroll
- Assisting with workflow
