Office Administrator
Duties:
- Bookeeping /Payroll
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist with training and development of office staff
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
- Assist with medical office management tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments is a plus
