Thanks to continued support from our customers since 1993 we are now one of the largest driver training organizations with 20 locations in Ontario and continuously growing. Our entire focus is driven towards caring for our customers and preparing safe and responsible drivers for tomorrow.
We are looking for an outgoing individual who is ready to handle any situation that comes their way. We are a team of 18 people in our Brampton location and work very closely together to get the job done. Ultimate Drivers prides themselves in having an environment that is professional but also a fun place to work with lots of opportunity to learn.
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: 10:00 am to 6:00pm
Location: 2500 Williams Parkway, Unit 13, Brampton, ON, L6S 5M9
**This is not a work from home position**
Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers in a friendly manner
- Answer phone calls for multiple locations on a daily basis and follow up with customer as required
- Keep track of emails and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
- Be able to organize documents that come in from our instructors and keep our internal system updated at all times to avoid discrepancies.
- Be able to process new students and handle confidential documents like driver’s licences
- Maintain the office cleanliness and office supplies
- Handle cash is a safe and responsible manner and track all cash that comes in and out of our office
- Collect payments from clients and provide the proper receipts and apply payments on accounts
- Assist and Support the business manager to ensure daily duties are run smoothly
- Be compliant with all the rules set by the MTO in order to ensure we meet audit requirements.
- Edit and complete franchise owner manuals and required documents to provide to all 20+ locations (this will be done at secondary location).
Qualifications:
- English must be first language, French is an asset
- Expert in all Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Minimum high-school diploma is required
- 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
