Job Description
We are seeking a part-time/full-time Office Administrator to join our multidisciplinary team. York Med Physio is a welcoming, client-focused clinic providing a variety of services including physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, orthotics and braces. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Billing and following up with MVA, WSIB, and extended health care claims
- Responding to phone calls, emails, fax, and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- University degree/Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent with related experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in physiotherapy office required
- Customer service and rehabilitation clinic experience
- Passionate about health promotion and helping others achieve their best quality of life
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and prioritize tasks
- Experience with HCAI and Universal Office is required
- Proficiency in another language is an asset
- Shifts according to office hours including weekends or evenings as required
