Job Description
We are looking for an energetic fitness professional to work at a number of our corporate fitness centres. The ideal candidate is someone who works well as part of a team and also takes initiative when working on their own at a satelite centre. As a lead trainer, you are responsible for the day to day operation of the satelite fitness centre. This will include (but is not limited to):
Working to build membership as staff return to the office after the pandemic.
Coordinating with RA staff to ensure all potential and new members are serviced in a timely manner (facility tour, access card, orientation).
Working with both RA staff and corporate contacts to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
Adding in (and teaching) group fitness classes as membership grows .
Ensuring the facility and equipment meets the safety and cleanliness standards established for the facility.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $15.50-$19.00 per hour

Experience:
- personal training: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English and French (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Certified Personal Trainer (required)
