Aarc-West Mechanical Insulation, one of the leading mechanical insulation companies in BC, is looking for a Project Coordinator-Administrator for our busy construction company. This is a full-time office position.Description of duties are, but not limited to:
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Construction Administration
- Working on SAGE 300
- Managing filing and archiving documents
- Manage office administration and organization
- Reception duties
- Assist Project Managers/Estimators
- Contract Administration
- Assist with AP/AR
- Assist with Payroll
- Assist with the organization of construction drawings and documentation
- Support team with preparation of monthly reports
- Maintain and update project documentation
- Provide project budgets from estimating software
- Warehouse inventory support
- Estimate coordination
- Assist with safety documentation requirements
- Support team with filing, scanning, record keeping and maintaining office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Superior written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role – preferably in construction
- Minimum 2 year experience in project coordination role
- Post secondary degree or diploma preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Accounting software such as SAGE 300 highly recommended

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
