Job Description
Acara Glass and Aluminum is a leading provider of high-quality glass solutions for commercial clients in the province of Saskatchewan. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator position is a key role in our project management process.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordinating
- · Communicate with internal teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- · Track project materials and equipment and ensure they are delivered on time
- · Gather materials and supplies for install teams
- · Monitor consumable supply levels and re-order as required
- · Create and send O&M manuals to GC at the end of the project
- · Work with the fabrication department to best utilize excess aluminum stock lengths for new projects and adjust the material list to account for this extra material
Purchasing
- · Enter purchase orders, track estimated delivery dates, receive materials, and monitor cashflow sensitive deliveries using an Excel spreadsheet
- · Order materials
- · Communicate with suppliers to coordinate delivery dates in conjunction with project start-up dates
- · Assist with supplier deliveries tracking back orders and entering data into the purchase order tracking system
- · Track and maintain parts and material inventory levels
- · Compare sales order acknowledgments with purchase orders & drawings to ensure accuracy
- · Approve Shipping Order Acknowledgements
Requirements:
- · Strong organizational skills
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $45,922.67-$72,989.70 per year
