The ideal candidate is an adaptable professional, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of initiative; comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.The Project Manager will be accountable for planning and executing projects by:Strategizing on delivery approach with business stakeholders, and leadershipDeveloping and executing on a plan with key achievements and clear deliverables and timelinesDay to day Scrum Master responsibilities to distributed Agile delivery teamsChampion Agile values across the organizationProject Resource Management, tracking of work progress and project financialsBusiness Readiness Planning / Deployment / Transition to OperationsManaging project risk throughout the project lifecycleWorking and presenting with senior management and C-level executives and clientsWe are in search of a candidate with the followingPost-secondary Degree (University/College)A minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the financial industry, preferably within Capital MarketsWorking experience within an Agile delivery environmentThe Skills You bringExperience in Project Planning, Management and Lifecycle methodologiesDemonstrated Agile mindset and best practicesExperience in managing multiple priorities in a matrix environmentAble to build relationships and manage multiple external vendors with the focus on integration of vendor solutions with internal ecosystems of processes and technologiesPossesses strong communication and influencing skillsAgile/SAFe/Scrum Master Certification is an asset, PMP Certification or equivalentFidelity Canada is an equal opportunity employerFidelity Canada is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
