Coach team members (engineers and technicians) in their development needs
Plan, manage and approve all activities related to the production start-up of new thermoforming products, within planned deadlines and costs, while respecting product quality requirements.
Support the existing product range and propose various improvements to increase productivity, improve reliability and quality, while respecting ergonomics and worker safety standards
Adapt and push the limits of our manufacturing processes and production equipment according to the new needs of the product development team.
Carry out risk and ergonomic analyses to ensure the health and safety of our workers
The desired candidate has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Skilled communicator, both written and oral. He/she knows how to lead and manage change successfully by ensuring the mobilization of his/her teams.
