- Generate sales, meeting sales targets & liaising with brokers, sales agents, and purchasers
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, VIP and other real estate agents focusing on pre-construction condominium sales
- Provide input on sales strategy including, product development, marketing initiatives, public relations, events and project activations
- Continually review and improve sales and CRM tools, procedure, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency, and support growth
- Provide input on sales collateral and presentation of sales recommendation through collaboration with the Development and Marketing teams
- Advise on product development stages on floorplans, amenity spaces in response to market feedback, and conduct market research and comparable projects and track market trends
- Receive and direct incoming emails and telephone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documents
- Enter and track homeowner communications into CRM, and prepare & maintain all purchaser files
- Other duties as required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a real estate sales environment with a strong focus on pre-construction sales
- Well organized, personable, professional, confident attitude
- Strong closing skills a must
- You have passionate drive for success and demonstrate personal integrity throughout all activities
- You possess excellent written and verbal communications abilities, and conflict resolution skills
- You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have an excellent sense of initiative
- Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project
- Experience with CRM database management systems, with SalesForce experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to various Southern Ontario communities and events when necessary (vehicle and valid driver license required)
- You’ll wear multiple hats and get hands on experience with all aspects of your team’s projects
