Job Description
```Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information in the computer system
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and providing invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital required (1 year min)
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Avimark experience required
