Our cosmetic surgery office is dedicated to providing our patients with the highest quality aesthetic treatments and services. We specialize in various surgical and non-surgical procedures, including facelifts, breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and injectables such as Dysport and dermal fillers. Our goal is to ensure our patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
We are seeking a Receptionist to join us. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our medical office's efficiency. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining lab records, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced medical office environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing administrative tasks and front desk operations. You will work closely with a medical professional, providing essential support to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.
We value individuals who are organized, reliable, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our office, so a friendly and professional demeanour is essential.
Document Preparation & Management:
- Locate and attach relevant files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Establish and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Customer Service:
- Answer telephone calls in both French and English, provide information, take messages, transfer calls, and book patients' appointments.
- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries and payment, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Respond to patient email and text inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Meeting Coordination:
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and supervisors.
- Contact hospitals for surgery space and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
Office & Inventory:
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times.
- Check mail and organize incoming items.
- Order necessary supplies and materials and check on their arrival.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bilingual; must be able to Write and Speak fluently in French and English
- Proficient in word, excel and Google Calendar
- Ability to multi-task

Our Location: Our office does not offer parking, we are near Atwater metro.

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and employee performance in the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
