Job Description
Oasis Wellness is in search of a full-time receptionist/office administrator who loves working with people and is proficient in providing a calm, courteous and professional environment. Join our team of wonderful estheticians and a physiotherapist.
Responsibilities include
- Customer communication including incoming and outgoing calls
- Familiarize themself with the treatment offerings of each provider and book appointments.
- Supporting client comfort, offering refreshments, assisting with product and guiding them to their treatment space.
- Managing all forms of client payment is a requirement.
- Maintain client confidentiality in dealing with customers, handling confidential personal and health information and documents appropriately as per the privacy policy.
- Complete end-of-day reports to ensure all payments balance and all reports are appropriately dealt with.
- Keep all common areas tidy and in compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
- Assist with laundry
- Support the clients and staff as needed with other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, having flexibility, sound judgment and a can-do attitude.
- Knowledge and experience in standard office practices, use of office equipment and computer fundamentals and software.
- Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Competence in planning, time management, ability to determine the priorities of duties and tasks and to be self directed in their completion.
Other assets
- Alberta ProServe
- Bilingual is an asset.
- Customer service/reception/office experience an asset.
