Medical Receptionist
We are seeking a chiropractic assistant required immediately, who is striving to support the [clinic]’s mission to set new standards of excellence in comprehensive health care. Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, manual claim submission, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records.
- Self-motivated and passionate that is capable of working independently and in a team setting

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
