TCR is seeking a passionate and talented individual with a keen eye for identifying talent as a Junior Recruiter.
To thrive in this role, you will have a competitive nature and a love for delivering results. This position supports high-volume recruitment, so the ability to multi-task effectively is essential. Exceptional verbal and written English language skills are a must, with bilingualism in French to be considered an asset.
This role reports directly to the HR Manager.
Duties Include:
- Full Cycle Recruitment
- Support New Hire Onboarding and Account Creation
- Assigning training
- Payroll Support
- HRIMS Administration
- Respond to Employee Inquiries
- Various administrative duties as required and other HR related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Human Resources from an accredited Canadian provider
- Advanced computer skills- Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (will be tested prior to hire)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
