JOB DESCRIPTION
As sales associate within Global Shares a JP Morgan Company's sales team, you will play a key part in developing sales strategies, relationship building, delivering feedback internally as well as contributing to the overall targets of the CAP table sales team.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimise SDR processes for outbound prospecting, inbound follow up / calls and cross functional prospecting.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise Inside Sales processes for customer acquisition, managing the client procurement process and handover to Customer Success
- Own and execute against sales targets for acquisition of direct customers both free and paid.
- Held develop a high-growth new business sales team and establish processes for forecasting, territory planning, and budgeting.
- Proactively recognise shortfalls, gaps, etc in sales pipeline and SDR processes. Tweak existing processes and create new ones to address problems you and your team have identified. Roll out processes, train your team on best practices, and track/ analyse results
- Work closely with stakeholders in Product, IT, and Marketing to advance client acquisition efforts and satisfaction
- Establish team-wide proficiency with operational tools
- Maintain a pulse on key strategic opportunities to drive sales through new channels and processes.
- Establish a reputation for the Inside Sales function as a highly Data Driven team within the organisation
Required Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of strong relationship management experience in a fast pace environment
- An honest and genuine approach to helping potential customers
- Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value. Cold-calling experience required
- Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
- Dedicated to continuous learning and building a career in sales
- Display ability with a willingness to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
Preferred Skills, Attributes & Qualifications:
- Bachelors level degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Saas Experience
