Education and Experience
University degree in marketing or equivalent training and experience.
Communication
Bilingual: speaks and writes both English and French fluently
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of our Recochem Products
Detailed Orientated
Strong Time Management
Computer Skills
POS Analytical Skills would be an asset
Good working experience in MS Office, Word, , Powerpoint, Excel, Mapics and Salesforce.
Responsibility
Build and maintain s relationships with existing and prospective accounts
Understand Customers Retail development goals and communicate any challenges internally and externally
Work in tandem with Marketing and Sales to ensure that launch or changes are communicated to the Customers in a necessary and timely fashion.
Work with a sense of urgency to all Customer enquiries to ensure a prompt response and follow up
Work with Sales and Operations and advise of new changes or developments to Customer or order demand
Work with Customers and Sales / Ops to keep forecast information updated at all times.
Be proactive in responding to & following up on all sales leads from Salesforce
Full implementation of CRM including updates and inputs
Track pipeline and progress and update CRM information as required
Build client awareness of which Recochem products and services best meets customer needs.
Up-sell and cross-sell to increase overall sales and profitability.
Obtain access to Customer Portals and monitor all developments
Fully understand Customer contracts to ensure that both Recochem and Customers maintain full compliance.
Participate in joint calls with Key Account Reps where applicable.
Develop presentations in tandem with Key Account Reps / Managers
Liaison with Operations to ensure that customer needs and changes in requirements are shared by all required stakeholders.
Maintain contracts and Price books for their selected customer base. Also, ensure that approval process is followed
Ensure that quotations are kept up to date and followed as per ISO Procedure. Fax, mail and/or email contracts and Price books to respective customers.
Other:
Send out credit applications to new customers.
Fill out new customer information forms for updating Customer Master File. Also fill out form for any additional customer ship-to’s.
Advise customers on discontinued items.
Advise customers on changes in packaging.
Advise shipping dept of customer priorities.
Call customers regarding delinquent pick-ups and advise shipping of new pick up dates.
Verify that all orders have written price confirmations.
Back up to other ISR’s, DEF Sales Coordinators
