Epic Safety is a North Vancouver based company specializes in developing monitored, cloud connected life safety devices for seniors. We are transforming the way seniors connect to their family and help providers in case of an emergency. We're building the most user friendly and advanced devices and platform that brings peace of mind to seniors and their loved ones. At the moment, we are looking for a Sales representative to extend our existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer telephone and email orders in a professional and courteous manner
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Providing the highest level of service to customers
- Receiving customer feedback and escalating/resolving issues as required
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and Outside Sales team
- Monitoring the status of orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in addition to monitoring backorders and updating customers as required
- Analyzing sales and product information, evaluating trends and opportunities
- Preparing reports and analysis on sales and margins
- Providing accurate product pricing and quotations to customers
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Perform effective online demos/product training to prospects
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Building strong relationships and generating sales with existing customers and new prospects
- Working to achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role with professional sales training
- Proven B2B Inside Sales experience
- Experience in customer service (inbound or outbound calls)
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills as well as phone and email etiquette
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to learn new skills quickly
- Written and spoken English is required
- Highly disciplined with effective time management skills to meet and beat deadlines
