Sale Development Representative

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative. This position provides sales support for the business and Sales Team. The successful candidate can expect a workday involving sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. You will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls.
Responsibilities
§ Research, track, maintain and update leads in HubSpot.
§ Make outgoing calls to develop new business/B2B Cold Calling & prospects.
§ Contact prospects to qualify leads.
§ Maintain personal HubSpot Account.
§ Provide accurate and timely information to management.
§ Develop a strong knowledge of the business to facilitate the sales process.
§ Report to Sales Manager for frequent virtual meetings, training, and check-ins regarding sales strategies.
Qualifications
§ Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
§ Experience in cold calling and sales is an asset but not required.
§ Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
Essentially, you will be responsible for B2B Cold Calling (i.e., building a new customer base). In addition, you will be meeting assigned call targets.
We require candidates with strong verbal communication skills, time management skills and high work motivation. You must be self-driven, and self-disciplined to be able to work remotely and be able to meet targets and quotas.
This job is remote/from home and will be paid $20/hr with performance-based rewards & bonuses.
Workdays are Monday to Friday and work hours will be 9:30 – 5:30.
