Job Summary
Partnered Property Services is looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. Our commission structure allows individuals who are willing to work hard and learn our process to make +$300 daily.
If you are entrepreneurial, a strong communicator, and have good people skills then this job is for you. We'll teach you the script that our top sales reps use to make the $300-$500 daily in commissions. This job is definitely not for everyone but if you have a knack for sales, can handle objections, and are able to work hard to meet sales targets then you will do well with us.
The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and goal oriented. This position will be responsible for developing sales opportunities through door-to-door, cold calling and follow-up with prospects and existing customers. We are looking for a Sales Representative who is eager to grow their career in sales and is willing to work hard.
Compensation:
Commission-based; on-target earnings: $300/day

Duties:
-Engage in door-to-door sales, cold calling, networking, and other strategies to identify potential clients and generate leads
-Update and maintain the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information regarding leads, prospects, and existing customers. This includes entering relevant notes, tracking interactions, and managing sales pipelines.
-Follow up on leads to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, providing relevant information, and offering suitable solutions.
-Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's property services. Highlight the benefits and features, address client concerns, and tailor the presentations to meet individual customer requirements.
-Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals for potential clients. Ensure pricing is appropriate for the services offered, considering factors such as market rates, job complexity, and profit margins.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction. Close sales by securing signed contracts or purchase orders.

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
Salary: $1,000.00-$1,950.00 per week
