Luxury Condominium Sales Assistant

Job Brief
We are looking for a professional and experienced Sales Assistant for a Luxury Condominium Presentation Centre in Downtown Toronto. You will be part of the Sales team, assisting with sales, preparing legal paperwork, reporting and providing client services.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in Real Estate Administration, including use of Sales software, and is organized, motivated and detail-oriented.
Position Responsibilities
- Reception duties:
- Greeting clients & offering refreshments
- Answering Phones
- Email correspondence
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Administrative Duties:
- Preparing Agreements of Purchase and Sale, and other legal paperwork
- Facilitating and tracking digital and in-person signings of Agreements
- Maintaining and distributing weekly reports
- Follow-up with purchasers
- Communication with head office
Scheduling
- Full time position available
- Sales office hours: Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm
- Additional and/or modified hours may be required during events & launches
- Days off will be Monday and Tuesday.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Superior time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- New Home Industry and New Home Sales Programs experience preferred, but not required.
