Social Media and Admin Assistant
We are URGENTLY HIRING a Social Media and Admin Assistant!
Flux is a Toronto-based start-up lash bar located in the heart of Unionville. We're a young, ambitious and small (but growing!) team working towards a common goal of offering top-quality beauty services with a purpose. A portion of our net profits goes to various charities in need.
We are looking for a Social Media and Admin Assistant to fill a role in our company to manage our appointments along with other related tasks.

Here are some of the things that we are looking for:
GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (VERBAL AND WRITTEN):- You will be dealing with current and prospective clients in person, over the phone, as well as email.
- You will also be working closely with our Technicians and the rest of the team.
SELF-MOTIVATED LEADER THAT TAKES OWNERSHIP OF THE ROLE:- We don't motivate our team members ever, because we expect them to be already highly motivated.
- We also do not like micro-managing people. We will be here for you at all times and we have specialized members who are ready to help you BUT you will still need to be on top of them.
- They would be working for you and supplying you with whatever you ask.
- But this means that at the end of the day, you are still responsible for your role.
- You need to be OK with this responsibility and own this role.
AWESOME COORDINATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
The successful candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
