RC Coffee provides the real authentic espresso experience that you’re accustomed to receiving from a high-end café, in a convenient and automated service like you’ve never encountered before.
This position will support the RC Coffee operations of the parent company, KioSoft Technologies – a world leader in unattended payment & kiosk solutions. RC Coffee is in fact the showcase of KioSoft Technologies LLC’s Coffee Kiosk solution. KioSoft has been rooted in Canada since 2003, bringing contactless payment innovation to tire inflators and air vacuums at gas stations nationwide, in addition to car washes and laundry rooms. The company has expanded into Coffee to facilitate automation with ease of use while delivering outstanding quality. KioSoft is offering its Coffee technology to foodservice and hospitality partners in the US and worldwide under a new brand, KioCafé.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, self-motivated supervisor to support our daily RC Coffee Operations.
You will be required to travel to our various RC Coffee locations across Toronto, ON a daily basis. From time-to-time you may be required to visit our head office located in Etobicoke, ON and warehouse located in Brampton, ON.
Hours of work: Full-time (weekend availability required).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support General Manger with overall operations of RC Coffee.
- Lead the daily operations of RC Coffee by planning, executing, scheduling, and managing Servicing Team.
- Maintaining compliance and route structure to ensure all routes are delivered safely, evenly dispersed, properly planned and cost effective.
- Conduct troubleshooting for RC Coffee Kiosks. Swap parts as needed.
- Escalate Kiosk issues to appropriate delegates. Keep track of status updates on the issues.
- Maintenance (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) and Inspection of all RC Coffee locations.
- Implement regularly scheduled evaluations, training, and coaching of Servicing Team to ensure they are continuously exceeding job requirement standards.
- Conduct onboarding of RC Coffee Team.
- Administrative duties (ordering consumables, tracking inventory, reports etc.)
- Deliveries of consumables to RC Coffee locations as and when needed.
- Ensuring high quality customer service standards including responding to all customer support tickets (emails/phone calls, etc.) in a timely manner, greeting customers, promoting RC Coffee Brand.
- Collaboration with other team members and management.
- Preparation of opening of new RC Coffee locations and working with the deployment team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Technical Background (Post-secondary) required.
- Knowledgeable of technical operations and applicable tools and equipment.
- 1-2 years Operations and hospitality experience preferred (not required).
- Minimum one year experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to troubleshoot and swap parts.
- Able to lead and motivate a team.
- Valid G license in good standing.
- Reliable transportation.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be a strong team player with a firm, personal commitment towards the business and its customers.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
