What’s the job?

You will also be trained in all warehouse positions so you can step in to help your team when needed. This role will work a set schedule each week, with flexible start times.

· Accurately picking and packing outgoing orders

· Processing payments and refunds and filing paperwork

· Making sure customers are updated on shipments, tracking missing shipments, and managing claims

· Verifying and entering all received shipments of product into the inventory software

· Inspecting and reporting any damage on incoming shipments

· Making sure products are correctly labelled and put away in the right locations

· Completing regular inventory counts and making sure the inventory system is accurate

· Assisting with warranty inquiries and returns

· Making sure the warehouse and other workspaces are clean and safe

· Providing clients—and co-workers—with superior customer service

What do you need to succeed in this role?

· The ability to work quickly when needed, and with a high degree of accuracy

· Strong organizational skills

· The ability to work unsupervised and still be part of a team

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to change priorities quickly

· The ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably and safely

· The desire to offer top notch customer service and make a difference

Bonus skills:

· Working knowledge of any corporate shipping software.

· Ability to speak and write fluently in French would be handy.

· Experience dealing with first responders and/or military communities and families would be an asset.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $19-21 per hour, plus benefits.
