Role:
Account Representatives are talented team members responsible for using their tenacity and enthusiasm to nurture new business accounts and exceed new membership sales objectives. They do this by generating sales leads and matching each new member’s unique needs, interests and goals with the right Club products, services and people.
Account Representatives consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members too! They are strong relationship builders and maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals. They are available to answer member questions regarding their membership, manage and resolve any concerns and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.
Role Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required. Post-Secondary education related to health and fitness industry is an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, marketing and administration are a strongly preferred.
- 1 + years related sales and customer service are required.
- Related industry experience is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
