About the Role
The Job Cost Administrator will provide routine transactional reporting for the following processes on a global basis including: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire (i.e., Payroll), Fixed Asset Reporting and Management.
As a Job Cost Administrator at Graham, you will:
- Be able to handle all aspects of job cost when dealing with large volumes (> $1M revenue/month and/or > 50 ee’s/day)
- Accurately and efficiently enter and verify daily time
- Run a daily audit for the working crew, their hours and pay
- Manage and understand employee lists / shift lists
- Book flights and camp for the entire crew
- Address change requests for the crew doing OT and cancellation requests
- Update Manpower tracker on a daily basis
- Send network access requests for the new hires and demobilization requests
- Address all crew requests of password resets for travel portal and ADP, along with any other issues they have regarding their stay and travel
- Forecast the crew for lodging and aviation for 6-12 months and update that forecast on a weekly basis if any changes in the numbers
- Minimize the variation between forecast and actual bookings made
- Provide exceptional and streamlined processes for each project. You will be responsible to ensure all daily tasks are complete and deadlines are met
- Depending on the size and the complexity of the project, the Accounting Clerk may be responsible for all aspects of the transactions processing (billing, time entry, accounts payable and 3rd party invoice processing) or just a portion of it
- Have effective communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Resiliancy with a 'can-do' approach to work is crucial to be successful in this role

- Be able to organize and prioritize demands, handle complex tasks, set, and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Have a basic understanding of project job costing and time entry
- Complete necessary activities/steps to ensure timely processing of timesheets
- Able to be site based if required
- Background check is required in advance of start date
- Have Ad Hoc request and analysis experience
Qualifications / Experience:
- College Diploma or University Degree in Accounting or Business is an asset. Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in industrial construction and maintenance is an asset
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
